When you meet Chrissy, you’re greeted with warmth, empathy, and the steady confidence that comes from nearly 40 years in insurance. Born in Upper Darby and raised in Levittown, Pennsylvania, she grew up as the youngest of eight. After moving to Florida in 1987, she began building the strong work ethic and people-first mindset that continue to define her today. Chrissy’s insurance career began with a decade-long role in workers’ compensation. She then moved to an Account Manager position at an agency before transitioning into claims 14 years ago. It was a career path she fell into accidentally but quickly discovered she loved. Since then, she has earned multiple industry designations, including CACP (Claims Adjuster Certified Professional), ACA (Accredited Claims Adjuster), CWC (Certified in Workers’ Compensation), and CPIW (Certified Professional Insurance Woman). When Chrissy joined Mulling Insurance two years ago, she stepped into a brand-new role as Claims Manager, overseeing claims, loss control, and risk management for the agency’s commercial clients. As a compassionate liaison between clients and carriers, she guides people through every step of the claims process, doing everything she can to make a stressful situation easier. It’s work that fits her perfectly, and one she wishes she had found earlier. Outside the office, Chrissy treasures time with her daughter, especially their Saturday breakfasts! She enjoys sewing, playing chess, going to church with friends, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. A lifelong tea drinker (never coffee) and proud Star Wars fan, she loves staying connected to her family and friends back in Pennsylvania and spending time with the people who matter most.
